Getting to Yes:  Negotiating Difficult Agreements

Often times in the course of a company’s business, it is necessary to convince an agency or environmental group with a potentially competing agenda to adopt a position they would not normally take. This session will utilize experience, through case studies and a question and answer format, in negotiating with regulators and environmental groups to achieve objectives that result in all parties getting what they need from the negotiation to create a sense of accomplishment for everyone and maintain or enhance relationships with the other party.
