This conference brings together both fossil fuel and renewable assets in discussing their planning, siting, operations and management. Fossil fuel and renewable plants have their unique considerations but also have commonality. The conference begins with a look at coal and gas permitting challenges and operations techniques. The conference then moves into emerging technologies for renewables as well as renewable challenges such as siting, transmission access, integration and storage. Utilities have both fossil fuel and renewable generating assets with the share of renewables increasing rapidly. The conference will focus on the technical aspects of planning for and operating these assets efficiently.

Cancellation Policy:
Fees are refundable if cancellation is received on or before 5 p.m., June 4, 2009. If cancellation is received after that date, half the registration fees will be refunded. Payments will be processed for those who do not attend or do not cancel by 5 p.m. the day before the event. To have someone take your place, please notify RMEL anytime before the event.
