This conference discusses current issues and best practices in distribution systems operations - everything from the substations to the end-users. Presentations will discuss workforce and safety issues including how Smart Grid is demanding new skill sets for utility workers, improving and measuring reliability, distributed generation and more. Utilities will present their practices for maximizing operational efficiencies including aging infrastructure strategies and where they are investing in new technologies now.

Continuing Education Credits:
All attendees will receive a continuing education certificate worth 6.0 professional development hours (PDHs) by RMEL, upon completion of the course.


Cancellation Policy:
Fees are refundable if cancellation is received on or before 5 p.m., March 1, 2010. If cancellation is received after that date, half the registration fees will be refunded. Payments will be processed for those who do not attend or do not cancel by 5 p.m. the day before the event. To have someone take your place, please notify RMEL anytime before the event.
