About the RMEL Foundation Silent Auction
The RMEL Foundation Silent Auction is a primary component in raising funds to provide scholarships and funding the Foundation endowment.
When and Where
Each year the Silent Auction is held during the RMEL Fall Convention. Typically it is held during the evening reception on the second day of the Convention. The Auction begins at 6:00 pm and lasts until 8:30 pm. The auction promptly closes at 8:30 pm and is followed by entertainment.

Winners are asked to pick up and pay for their items the next morning at the Convention registration desk. All donors receive a receipt for tax purposes when they pay for their items.

Information about the Silent Auction is handed out at the RMEL Spring Electric Energy Conference in May and distributed via email up until the Fall Convention in September. The brochure includes a auction item donation form. Download the Silent Auction brochure:
Donating an Item to the Foundation Silent Auction
Donations for the Auction are critical to its success. Please consider donating an item to the Silent Auction. Your support is needed and appreciated! Cash donations instead of items are also welcome.
A Silent Auction Donation form is included in the Auction brochure. Use the links to download the brochure and donation form. Keep in mind we need the item name, description, value and the name of the donor you want listed.
The deadline for RMEL to receive the completed form and item is typically the very end of August. See the flyer for the exact deadline for this year's auction donations.
Once your item has been received by RMEL, you will be mailed a receipt for tax purposes.
After making your donation, don't forget to register to attend the Fall Convention and participate in the Silent Auction!
