Could your utility use $200 million or more in federal funding? Don’t be too quick to say yes without being fully informed. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 allocates approximately $4 billion in grant funds specifically for Smart Grid investments and demonstrations. Part 2 of this phone and web based seminar series highlights any updates or changes included in the final grant criteria release. The panel discusses any new opportunities or roadblocks that have surfaced since the first webinar. This additional forum provided a great opportunity to ask any follow-up questions of the panel.  Presented by: Jeff Genzer, Counsel, National Association of State Energy Officials; Steve Hadden, Sr. Consultant, Plexus Research, R.W. Beck and Mike Beehler, Associate VP, Burns & McDonnell.
